Veteran-owned, The Center of Balance, LLC opened by twin sisters has been in business since 1 March 2018. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and our client's holistic and wellness needs.

A little about me... I am Leslie Punt,
Owner/Practitioner; I graduated in 2018 from the American College of Healthcare Sciences as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Consultant. As a certified Esthetician, Reiki Master, and Consulting Hypnosis Coach since 2008, I have also practiced in Maryland and West Virginia and holds current certifications in Full Body Reflexology, Halotherapy, Auriculotherapy, Essential Oil Raindrop, RedLight Therapy and Stress Management Consultant.

Halotherapy is a healing and calming therapy done through the use of the healing properties of micronized medical grade Salt particles utilizing a Halogenerator in an enclosed Booth. This anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial treatment addresses a multitude of respiratory, skin conditions, stress and fatigue.

ION Detox Foot Baths
ION Detox Foot Baths
ION Detoxification is a process utilizing a foot bath with an Array (gentle electrical current) and salt.
This detoxification aids the body (liver, kidneys, skin)'s natural abilities of removal of toxins from the body. This also enhances the body's ability to detoxify itself and can result in a stronger immune system, along with overall improvement of health.
Reflexology
Reflexology with an approved, experienced therapist can serve to provide relaxation and stress relief, improve blood flow, detoxification, support with posture, and/or help to resolve a multitude of ailments; from one-time issues to chronic pain management. Available reflexology includes ear, foot and full-body.
Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy is a light treatment utilizing red wavelengths and near-infrared light to provide a range of health benefits to the skin and body by increasing energy production inside our cells. This treatment is completed by an approved, experienced therapist and can provide many holistic health benefits.
Essential Oils Raindrop
The Essential Oils Raindrop process is a relaxing treatment using the powerful healing properties of nine essential oils in combination with specific massage-type manipulation, such as a lymphatic pump, feathering, within fanning, spine straddle, thumb rolling and a hot toweling technique on the feet and back.

Auriculotherapy
Also known as Ear Seeding, Auriculotherapy is an ancient treatment method. It is a safe, non-invasive acupressure technique that provides stimulation to the nerve endings, using the points used in acupuncture but without the needles. It can be used to provide relief from a myrid of symptoms, such as stress, weight-loss, anxiety, headaches, depression, pain, inflammation, and so much more.
